Tell us about how to take good care of our pelvic floor – with aging, after childbirth, etc.
Our pelvic floor is internal muscles that can weaken with age, genetics, and trauma. Risk factors for a weakened pelvic floor include being overweight, being pregnant, traumatic delivery, and age. There are exercises that can help heal and strengthen your pelvic floor that include core exercises and kegel exercises. Intimina has several products that help with kegel exercises. Minimizing caffeine intake and keeping weight under control can greatly help your pelvic floor.

It used to be considered “granola” to use a menstrual cup and now they’re very mainstream. Cups are a great way to manage your period.
What has been your experience with IUD’s and menstrual cups?
I haven’t seen any problems with that.
